Return Policy

1. Overview

At Frozenonydraxax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy as described below.

2. Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. The return period begins from the date the products were delivered to your address as confirmed by our shipping carrier.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must not be damaged due to customer mishandling
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products with broken or missing seals
• Products returned after the 30-day return period
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at help@frozenonydraxax.world with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2-3 business days
3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number
4. Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization
5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong product
• The product significantly differs from its description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If your return is approved:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
• Refunds include the purchase price of the returned items
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to, and does not affect, the return policy described above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

10. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products with broken safety seals
• Products that have been opened or partially used
• Free samples or promotional items

11. Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription order and wish to cancel, please contact us at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. Products received as part of a subscription follow the same return policy as regular orders.
